お支払い時期	Pro プランは、お申し込み（カード登録）が完了した時点で初回のご請求が発生し、以降はご契約の更新日（月額プランは毎月、年額プランは毎年）に自動決済されます。カード登録時点でのご購入となり、有料プランに無料トライアル期間は設けておりません。なお、カード登録不要の自動トライアル（プラグインをダウンロードして使い始めると、そのドメインで自動的に 30日間 Pro 相当をご利用いただけます）は、カード未登録のため料金が発生せず、期間満了後は自動的に無料プランへ戻ります。この自動トライアルの適用は 1ドメインにつき 1回です。無料でお試し中にお申し込み（カード登録）いただいた場合は、その時点で有料の Pro に切り替わって初回のご請求が発生し、残りの無料期間は繰り越されません。
役務の提供時期	決済完了後、ただちにご利用いただけます。なお、カード登録不要で自動的に 30日間 Pro 相当をご利用いただける無料トライアルを別途ご用意しています（カード未登録のため料金は発生しません）。当社が本サービスの提供を終了した場合、保守・サポートおよびプラグインの動作保証は終了し、有料プランをご契約中であっても本サービスをご利用いただけなくなります（詳細は利用規約第8条をご確認ください）。
返品・キャンセル（解約）	デジタルサービスの性質上、利用者都合による購入後の返金には原則応じられません。サブスクリプションは次回更新日の前に解約手続きを行うことで、以降の請求は発生しません。年額プランを契約期間の途中で解約した場合も、残期間分の返金は行いません（当該契約期間の末日まではご利用いただけます）。ただし、当社都合でサービスを終了し合理的な代替提供がない場合は、利用規約に従い未経過期間分を返金します。カード登録不要の自動トライアル期間中は、カード未登録のため料金は発生しません。解約は料金ページの「すでにご契約の方」から行えます。

Price	As shown on each plan page (Pro plan: JPY 3,300 per month / JPY 33,000 per year, both including consumption tax, per kintone domain). The Free plan is JPY 0.

Payment Timing	For the Pro plan, the first charge is made when your subscription (card registration) is completed, and subsequent charges are made automatically on each renewal date (monthly for the monthly plan, yearly for the annual plan). The purchase takes effect upon card registration, and paid plans do not include a free trial period. Separately, an automatic trial that requires no card registration is available: when you download a plugin and start using it, Pro-equivalent features are automatically available on that domain for 30 days. Because no card is registered, no fees are charged, and the domain automatically returns to the Free plan when the period ends. This automatic trial is available once per domain. If you subscribe (register a card) during the free trial, you are switched to the paid Pro plan at that time and the first charge is made; any remaining free trial days are not carried over.
Service Delivery	Available immediately after payment is completed. A free trial that provides Pro-equivalent features for 30 days without card registration is also available (no fees are charged because no card is registered). If we discontinue the Service, maintenance, support, and the operational guarantee of the plugins will end, and the Service will no longer be available even if you are subscribed to a paid plan (see Article 8 of the Terms of Service, in Japanese).
Returns and Cancellation	Due to the nature of digital services, we do not, in principle, provide refunds after purchase for reasons attributable to the customer. For subscriptions, no further charges are made if you cancel before the next renewal date. If you cancel an annual plan during the contract term, no refund is given for the remaining period (you may continue to use the Service until the end of the current term). However, if we discontinue the Service for our own reasons and no reasonable alternative is provided, we will refund the unexpired portion in accordance with the Terms of Service. No fees are charged during the automatic trial because no card is registered. You can cancel from "すでにご契約の方" (Existing customers) on the Pricing page.
